Professional and superior on-site interface with dealer sales staff, support staff and management. Braxton’s schedules a manager and supervisor at each location so our customers have someone in charge from open to close 7 days a week. We also have local area managers on site daily.

Consistent product/higher CSI scores. Braxton’s is committed to continual improvement. We regularly offer advanced training to our staff as well as daily training and coaching by our experienced management team.

Technology

Our custom software is used for tracking, billing, employee timeclock plus a host of other functions. This technology also allows us to virtually eliminate double billing and often illegible hand written invoices.

Experience

Being in business since 1996 gives us the experience necessary to satisfy the needs of the most demanding customers. Our leadership team has an average of over 18 years in the automotive service industry. We have very low turnover and our average manager has been with the company for 5 + years.
